Who You Are

Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
Highly emotionally intelligent and compassionate
Detail-oriented and organized
Positive, solution-focused, and easy to work with
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Able to balance professionalism with warmth
Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Willing to work in both Rowland Heights and Monterey Park locations when needed
With Bachelor’s Degree and related experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred)
