We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Nurse Practitioner who values strong patient relationships, culturally sensitive care, and excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
  • Manage chronic conditions and preventive care.
  • Build strong patient relationships through compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
  • Independently manage patient visits and clinical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Support patient retention and practice growth through exceptional service.
  • Travel between Monterey Park and Rowland Heights locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active California Nurse Practitioner license and National Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy patient load.
