Dr. Edwin Yau, MD

Dr. Yau is compassionate, patient, and empathetic. He takes pride in being a well-rounded physician by providing continuity of care as a hospitalist and outpatient physician. His competency in acute and intensive care medicine allows him to foresee, predict, and quickly treat  potential aggressive illnesses in an outpatient setting to prevent hospitalizations.

He graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York and completed his residency at Adventist Health White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles, California. He has since been providing high quality medical care in his local community here at San Gabriel Valley for over 10 years. He is cognizant of the diverse, mix culture here in SGV and is dedicated to helping each patient make the best medical decisions. His fluency in Chinese, English and medical Spanish allows him to communicate with patients on a personal level.
